CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking services, please be aware that deposits are nonrefundable & nontransferrable. For appointments cancelled within 48 hours we charge 100% of the service total to the card on file. Your deposit will also be forfeited and another deposit will be required in order to re-book. We charge 100% for all 24hr cancellations and no shows. We have a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited & the card on file will be charged the balance due for your scheduled service. It’s at your artists’ discretion to decide if they want to move forward with your appointment if you arrive after 15 minutes.
